Order Desk Operational Admin Student

ServePhilips customers in the best way possible by meeting the committed delivery schedule, delivering quality fullorders andproviding accurate andtimelyservice accordingtocustomer's needs and order desk KPI's.

Your role:
- Managing and processing backlog and orders changes on time- Creating license keys- PO's creation- Performing other relevant tasks according to supply chain and order desk needs
You're the right fit if:

Minimum:

- B.Sc. student for Industrial Engineering and or equivalent degree
- Good level of English- At least 3 semesters left before graduation
- Availability to work at least 18 hours per week ( 2 days a week, not including Fridays)- Customer-oriented approach- Excellent communication skills
Advantage:
- Experience in SAP
