Were looking for someone who has experience in order entry and management with great attention to detail. This role requires close coordination with customers and other team members to get orders shipped out as efficiently as possible.
This is a full time position, 8-5pm CST, with the option of being hybrid or fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage each order from customer PO receipt to order delivery including:
- Accurately reviewing and entering 20-30 customer POs into Quickbooks each day
- Updating vital information and changes to orders on a daily basis
- Ensure pre-shipping conditions are met prior to order release including, inventory availability, customer payment receipt, and customer receive date
- Sending finalized paperwork to warehouse for order fulfillment
- Confirming tracking information and relaying to the customer
2. Monitor the status of each order to proactively get the order to the fulfillment stage
3. Speak with customers via phone and email to facilitate the order management process
4. Work closely with other team members to best allocate inventory
Requirements
1. 2+ years speaking on the phone with customers-fluency in English required
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
4. Experience in an product industry
5. Basic math & arithmetic skills
6. Proficient in Excel
7. Previous use with Quickbooks is a significant plus
