The Warehouse Picker is responsible for performing picking and filling orders from stock. Essential job functions and expectations for the Picking Associate include but are not limited to the following. Prepare orders by processing requests, picking customer orders professionally and accurately. Ability to operate, pallet jacks, maneuver picking carts and help maintain warehouse equipment. Proficiency with RF Scan guns. Professionally communicate with Managers, peers fulltime and seasonal staff members. Job functions, assignments are based on need and availability. Flexibility is required. Overtime will be considered mandatory at times. Support warehouse managers with special projects, and additional duties when requested.
Requirements Physical requirements: Ability to stand and reach with hands and arms. Will be frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, feel and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee will regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.*Forklift not necessary, but preferred incase there is a need to train in the future.
