Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Order to Cash Business Analyst to optimize our wholesale order fulfillment implementation. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Manager level or above in a wholesale fulfillment operation leading order management or customer service. He or she will join our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project and assist with guiding the design and configuration of components such as reservation, pick release, allocation, back to back, ship set, discount rules, available to promise, global order processing and backlog management, as well as creating and optimizing reports. The candidate will be expected to train end-users and draft process maps to ensure efficient transition of business operations to Oracle.
Responsibilities:
Configure Oracle Order to Cash components, including reservation, pick release, allocation, back to back, ship set, discount rules, available to promise, global order processing and backlog management
Draft functional specifications, user stories and process maps to ensure proper documentation and change management
Create and optimize reports to provide valuable insights for business operations
Train end-users to ensure they are able to operate the system efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Requirements:
Prior business experience managing a wholesale fulfillment, order management, or customer service department
Proven experience using Oracle for wholesale order management a plus
Strong understanding of Oracle Order to Cash components
Experience in creating and optimizing reports
Ability to train end-users and draft process mapping
Excellent problem-solving and proactive communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Global market & implementation / cutover experience a plus
Required Skills : Order to Cash FUNCTIONAL Lead OR Business Analyst.
Basic Qualification : Must have experience with full life cycle order to cash implementation that involved physical products. Retail experience is ideal, any OTC experience shipping physical products is acceptable.
