PeoplePlustech Inc is urgently looking for Organizational Change Management Lead (CaaS Implementation) Remote

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan, encompassing communication, training, and stakeholder support strategies.

Identify and engage stakeholders impacted by changes, ensuring understanding and garnering support.

Execute effective communication strategies to convey changes and their benefits to stakeholders.

Lead training and support efforts to facilitate stakeholder adaptation to new processes, technologies, and structures.

Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, adjusting as needed

Qualifications:

Preferred skills include expertise in Organizational Change Management, Training, Contact Centers, CCaaS, Genesys, Genesys Cloud, and Utilities.

Previous experience in change management and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with strong communication and training abilities.

Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Genesys Cloud is advantageous.

The role offers flexibility, with the majority of work being remote, but requires availability for occasional onsite visits (2 days per month
