Description:

Conduct a current state assessment of cost management practices for Pension and Administrative expenses and document our current practices in a baseline report and (2) perform a gap analysis against best in class cost management practices and provide recommendations to improve our existing practices.

Skills:

at least five (5) years experience assessing, recommending and implementing organization cost management approaches, practices and methodologies within private or public sector clients.
must have worked with at least one financial institutional with an annual budget of $100 million or more providing organizational cost management advisory and consulting services.
successfully delivered at least one (1) project of similar scope and complexity to Attachment V, Statement of Work.

Desirable Technical Qualifications

It is desirable for the proposed project personnel to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as evidenced by Attachment II, Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume(s):

Experience providing consulting services to State and or Federal agencies in the United States of America.
Experience developing and implementing organizational change management, communication strategy, surveying and stakeholder interviewing.
