Organizational Design Associate Consultant-(SP 000000AX)Description
The Opportunity:


This is an opportunity to advance your career development in organizational design consulting through participation inmanaging a wide variety of consulting projects, including but not limited to, those involving strategic planning, organizational and operational assessment, performance and productivity improvement, organizational development, organizational design, change management, and other organizational transformation efforts. The Consultant focuses on developing advanced knowledge and skills including advising clients on complex subject matter. The incumbent manages project involving medium-sized and complex cases that may involve coordination of resources both inside and outside the practice area. The Consultant performs in a secondary client relationship role and may perform in a primary role for select clients. Integral is ability to support and/or lead initiatives to grow practice revenue and profitability. The incumbent contributes to the practices thought leadership, intellectual capital and/or innovation and quality improvement and, importantly, a work culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive.Qualifications
Key Requirements:



5 - 7 years of experience in an individual contributor role in relevant consulting or corporate environments demonstrating the leadership, facilitation, project management skills and other capabilities required of a Consultant.

Demonstrated experience in business or strategy consulting, organizational development and design, or organizational effectiveness. Professional services firm experience desirable or equivalent experience within a progressive corporate environment.

Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking and effective problem-solving in ambiguous situations, project organization and management skills

Strong facilitation and presentation experiences, and ability to effectively manage group dynamics and conflict

Ability to effectively navigate client challenges and situations, cultures and politics.

50%-60% travel
