Job Title: Organizational Development (OD) Consultant Professional Training and Coaching - Bangalore

Purpose of the Job Role:
Design, develop and deliver OD Consulting projects at the organization alongside building the companys OD consulting capability.
Job Responsibilities:
Capability Development
Maximize product and service value by continuously improving internal capability, design and
processes related to OD services
Institutionalize OD related knowledge and skills for internal capability development
Enable internal team to implement OD projects to fast-track services and deliver quality to the
clients
Plan and execute pre-sales presentations to clients to showcase internal capability
Write articles based on industry and market knowledge to drive companys OD services
Design and Implement
Conduct thorough need analysis and create design documents of the project scope and
deliverables
Proactively explore and identify additional client consulting, training, and coaching needs work
on expanding the scope of work for the client depending on their pain points
Develop and implement projects on a variety of leadership, culture, competency mapping and
organizational effectiveness topics
Consult with clients (especially at executive level) to interpret and explain their data and make
suggestions on how they should use it to improve organization effectiveness
Recommend suitable employee survey or assessments based on client requirement
Offer analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations, and action planning of employee
survey and assessment results including Employee Engagement, 360 Multi-rater Assessments,
Psychometric Self-assessments, and other Organizational Assessments. This also includes
designing and delivering Assessment Centre and Development Centres
Support in the development of new training material based on client or marketplace needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are high quality
and on-time

Increased and sustained attention to detail in designing, typing and proofing materials,
establishing priorities, organizing, and meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well collaborating cross-functionally with teams
Open to travel to work during on-site projects
