Practice Details:
Independent, not-for-profit health system with 5 exam rooms and plans for expanded surgical services
Surgical cases focus primarily on bread-and-butter ENT procedures
Collaborate with one clinical manager and two allergy nurses to deliver quality patient care
Schedule:
4-day work week and light call schedule
Approximately 18-22 patients per day with one dedicated surgical day per week
Compensation & Benefits:
Earning potential of up to $750,000+ with additional production incentives
Quality incentives up to $100,000 annually
