We are considering you for the role of Overseas Education Counsellor for Wakad, Pune location.

JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION
Overseas Education Counsellor - The job holder will provide free professional advice and guidance to students interested in studying or interning in the above mentioned countries. She will work to specific targets set by the Line Manager and her performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated with a strong interest in marketing.
JOB LOCATION
- Wakad, Pune
JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cold calling prospective leads on a daily basis and convincing them to enroll with the company
- Provide telephonic counseling to leads & invite them to walk-in to the office for counseling
- Provide effective counselling to students & their parents when they walk-in to the office
- Converting office walk-ins to enrollments
- Effective follow-up on calls with prospective candidates for enrollment
- Be flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention
- Reliable/Good at hitting deadlines
- Assisting with complete end-to-end process of a students application
- Sales Attitude
- Responsible for lead generation of overseas education with references/Word of Mouth
- Advising potential students on internship/study opportunities in UK/Australia/Canada/USA/Ireland/Europe ROW etc.
- Build a strong professional rapport with the clients
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Graduation or Post Graduation in any field
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Result-orientated, go-getter and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
- Committed to work on a long term basis
- An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds
- Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students
- Flexibility over working hours
- Good IT skills (Comfortable with Word, Excel)
- Freshers keen to learn and start their careers can apply too

- Office timings: 10am to 7pm (Mon-Fri) & 10am to 4pm (Sat) with Fixed off on Sundays
