PEGA Lead System Architect to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:
Total Experience: 14+ years with Pega Experience: 8+ years

Must have hands on experience with
Green Field Projects, Bigger size developments
Pega Customer Service Framework PegaCALL, PegaBrowse, Next Best Action
Integrations with REST, SOAP, MQ

Must have ability to understand and deliver below:
User Experience & Creating configurable, responsive UI
Pega Application Performance
Pega Application Security
Agile Project Deliveries

Working with Offshore teams and delivering
Pega AI & NLP Chat Bot, Mail Processing, Managing Strategies, Customer Profile
Enterprise layer, Situation layer cake, Reusable components
Low code and high guardrail scores
Review & manage code quality effectively
BPM / Agile Mindset with effective negotiation of requirements
