Job Title: PLC Technician Location: Georgetown, KY Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Offline and/or online robot programming Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended. Prepare and confirm new Body weld equipment at the vendors. Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production. Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays. Experience & Qualification - Associate degree (or higher) or equivalent certifications or Current or recent automotive maintenance experience PLC troubleshooting and logic updates experience Experience with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook intermediate. Willing and able to travel up to 75% (including international travel) Willing and able to work up to 50% OT and weekends as needed. Top 3 skills Robotics (highly preferred; experience with Kawasaki, Nachi, Yaskawa) PLC Troubleshooting of equipment faults and problems
