Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PLM systems, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
  • Coordinate change management processes and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Manage system administration activities such as user management, security setup, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth and efficient system adoption.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights that drive improvements in system performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of PLM data by conducting regular audits and providing recommendations for data quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in PLM administration on Arena
  • ECOs, BOM Cost Modeling
  • Working with cross functional teams on wider aspects of change control.
  • Administration of Arena and CAD tools licensing.
  • In-depth understanding of product lifecycle management principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in PLM system administration and configuration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
