Role: PL/SQL Developer Location: California (RemotePreferred only Locals of CA Types: C2C and 1099 Experience: 10+ Years and GC 12+ Years JD Note: Candidate Residence of CA Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years performing systems design, development, testing, and implementation on systems using Oracle 12c or later Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years in deployment, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of multi-tier automated systems. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in that last seven (7) years working on large-scale systems development or integration project performing as a lead architect, analyzing technical and data requirements, constructing data architecture, and performing database design. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) years using advanced web programming skills to perform systems design, coding, testing and implementation, and troubleshooting activities in support of web application development Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the last ten (10) years performing system design, development, testing and implementation, and troubleshooting activities in support of applications with five hundred (500) or more registered users Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the last five (5) years, with web services, Nation Information Exchange Model (NIEM), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the last five (5) years, with Java Application Server administration and configurations such as Jboss Experience developing and implementing database applications under DOJs CJIS Control and California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS) or similar telecommunications infrastructure. Knowledge of the DOJ open systems environment and architecture, DOJ ACHS system, business requirements, and functions, or similar. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last seven (7) years providing formal knowledge transfer and/or training sessions for state staff. A minimum of two (2) years of experience writing technical documentation such as sequence diagrams and system design documentation. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with SiteMinder (or equivalent) technologies for authentication and authorization. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with testing tools such as JMeter, Junit and Soap UI. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years developing information technology technical documentation
