A rapidly expanding client of ours based in Northwest Arkansas,is seeking a Sr Management candidate - PM/Estimator with experience in Heavy Site Development/ Earthwork jobs. This position is responsible for all aspects of projects including but not limited to estimating, project management, operator/labor supervision and all applicable laws and municipal requirements. Candidate will represent and run the "dirtwork" division and be responsible for usiness development and marketing this dept.
Requirements
- College degree related to Construction Management, Estimating, or Engineering.
- Or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of managing and estimating projects in related field
- Effective management of construction work, resulting in completion of contracts within time and cost limits.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment operation/ large pieces of construction equipment, such as excavators, skid steers, backhoes, directional drills, tractors, bulldozers, and cranes.
- Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, assist in developing a project schedule.
- Knowledge of construction practices, techniques and equipment.
- Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office, AGTek and Bluebeam or related estimating software experience
- Ability to work with a team and willing to promote teamwork.
