Must have experience implementing the ServiceNow SPM and PPM Modules.
Must have experience using ServiceNow to manage Agile and Waterfall projects.
Must have experience in documenting processes.
The PMO Project Manager is considered a subject matter expert and is adept at blending the range of services from the Project Management/IT Business Office with industry best practices in project and portfolio management, budget/procurement, Methodology, metrics/score boarding, governance and/or IT workforce management and development.
The position designs, develops and implements formal project, program, and portfolio management, budget and procurement, Methodology and/or IT workforce management and development standards, software, processes, templates, and tools that align IT to corporate goals.
Communicates, trains, and supports these standards, software, processes, and tools within the ITS department and the business community.
Leads the planning of one or more large, cross-functional projects, programs (consisting of multiple related projects), or a portfolio (multiple programs).
Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to Project Management Specialists and enterprise-wide project teams.
