- Must have experience implementing the ServiceNow SPM and PPM Modules.
- Must have experience using ServiceNow to manage Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Must have experience in documenting processes.
- The PMO Project Manager is considered a subject matter expert and is adept at blending the range of services from the Project Management/IT Business Office with industry best practices in project and portfolio management, budget/procurement, Methodology, metrics/score boarding, governance and/or IT workforce management and development.
- The position designs, develops and implements formal project, program, and portfolio management, budget and procurement, Methodology and/or IT workforce management and development standards, software, processes, templates, and tools that align IT to corporate goals.
- Communicates, trains, and supports these standards, software, processes, and tools within the ITS department and the business community.
- Leads the planning of one or more large, cross-functional projects, programs (consisting of multiple related projects), or a portfolio (multiple programs).
- Provides day-to-day leadership and direction to Project Management Specialists and enterprise-wide project teams.
