A new age, focused Asset Management and Financial Advisory Platform, that serves a vast diaspora of institutional and retail customers across India is hiring for PMS-Operations :
Job Responsibilities :
Managing PMS Operations & related Client Servicing aspects of the job
Handle Operations across various Asset & Product class i.e. Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Alternate Asset class (AIF) etc
Responsible for Billing Clients as per agreed fee plan (Fixed & variable).
Operations activities such as client activation, redemptions, Corporate Actions, trade allocation/reporting and settlement, client reporting, day end processing etc
Various reconciliations (Bank, Stock etc)
Identifying additional systems requirement & working with vendors to test the systems deployed.
Handling audit queries.
MIS reporting to management
Through knowledge of NAV Calculation Ensuring & following compliance requirements, including SEBI reporting, Returns computation as per guidelines
Academic Qualification and Experience:
Postgraduate (MBA in Finance is preferable) with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience
Should have worked as Operations Manager in PMS, Wealth Management or with a Custodian in Fund Accounting function
Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement
Should have a good understanding of products across asset class
Strong process orientation & execution skills
Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems.
Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and project management experience and abilities.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Should have good people management skill
Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills
