Korzen Health is working with Mercy Medical Center and Healogics in Roseburg, OR in regards to adding a PRN Nurse Practitioner to the team.
We offer Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy training. You will have a full-team in place from the initial start date. The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program.
Scope of Practice Includes:
- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
- Team will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- Team will average around 15-20 patients per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
- Facility has 4 rooms with a team of 3 nurses and case manager
- EMR
- Center hours: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm No Nights, No weekends. Schedules are available well in advance.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements:
- OR State license
- Must be Board-Certified
- DEA License
