Kurt Geiger is excited to be hiring a PR Assistant to support the small PR team in our New York City office. The candidate must have a genuine passion for retail and fashion and an interest in starting a career in PR and confident to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Public Relations Assistant Responsibilities:
Supporting the PR team in all day-to-day operations including:
- Assisting with the organization and execution of various media and PR events
- Supporting with influencer outreach and monthly gifting programs
- Managing showroom samples, inventory and product shipments for media, influencers and stylists
- Maintaining the PR database, documenting media coverage, and tracking PR metrics
- Conducting research to support PR planning
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with editors and influencers
Public Relations Assistant Requirements:
- Experience with social media platforms
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and methods
