Responsible for managing the purchasing and negotiating of materials from suppliers. Responsible for cost effective procurement and delivery of materials to support plant and customer requirements in a just in time automotive environment -
Extensive work experience and judgment required to plan and accomplish strategic goals -
Train and guide the work Senior Buyers & Buyers -
Negotiates long term agreements -
Develops commodity strategies to achieve results -
Understanding of commercial terms and total cost management concepts required
