Job Title: Package Specialist SAP SCM APO (Business Process Analyst)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Package Specialist SAP SCM APO to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the role of a Business Process Analyst, working on various incidents and enhancements, preparing and executing test scripts, and actively participating in daily cadences. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning, Inter-Market Supply Planning, and overall supply chain processes. The candidate should possess a strong background in SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) module, particularly in Supply Network Planning (SNP) and/or Production Planning (PPDS), along with expertise in SAP ECC Materials Management (MM). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on multiple SAP ECC and APO implementations, as well as providing production support. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn and apply concepts quickly are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the role of a Business Process Analyst, analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications within the SAP SCM APO landscape.
• Work on various incidents and enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define optimal solutions.
• Prepare and execute test scripts to ensure the integrity and reliability of SAP SCM APO functionality.
• Participate in daily cadences, providing updates on project status, issue resolution, and any potential risks.
• Utilize expert knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning, Inter-Market Supply Planning, and overall supply chain processes to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Apply strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP SCM APO and related technologies.
• Support end-users by providing training, documentation, and guidance on SAP SCM APO functionalities and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) module.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Supply Network Planning (SNP) and/or Production Planning (PPDS) within SAP SCM APO.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC Materials Management (MM) module.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple SAP ECC and APO implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly, adapting to evolving business needs and technology advancements.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
