Primary duties:
Temp to hire role
Palletizing orders that have been picked.
Loading items into tape machine
Lifting/Handing/Pushing items that will weigh on average 25lbs, can be up to 35lbs.
Previous experience as assembler/production line preferred.
Ability to read and understand the English language for the purpose of comparing and reading product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
Must be a team player and demonstrate effective communication and problem solving skills. Maintain appropriate attendance standards.**
Under direct supervision of the shift Operations Manager, is responsible for all packaging activities include equipment sanitation, preparation of packaging/product materials, and packing out of finished product for shipment.
This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements. It is the associate's responsibility to observe all safety rules.
