Relevant Experience:

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and interpret federal and state laws, rules and regulations


• Work with teams and customers to develop PFML requirements


• Provide domain expertise to define and validate PFML solution


• Work with solution architects for development and maintenance of a PFML solution to be deployed in multiple environments


• Conduct gap sessions and finalize gaps and prepare training material


• Participate in marketing and bid pursuits


• Work closely with the Sales and Presales teams to create and nurture new market opportunities


• Work with Presales team to deliver winning solutions and proposals

Skill and Experience Requirements

• A deep understanding of PFML laws, rules and regulations


• Five or more years’ paid family and medical leave domain experience


• Three to five years’ experience in program business operations, including experience in contributions/premiums/tax, claims intake, benefits adjudication, or appeals;


• Capable of conceptualizing the PFML offering and leading the business design


• Capable of collaborating and working with team members and customers, in person or virtually and also working individually;


• Good collaboration, presentation and written and verbal communication skills;


• Excellent listening, note taking and thinking skills


• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. This role has many internal stakeholders and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a diverse environment

Location & Travel Requirements

• The preferred location for the candidate is Cincinnati or Chicago. Open to other locations as well.


• The selected candidate is expected to travel to meet with prospective and existing customers across Unites States


• There will also be internal travel to successfully execute the responsibilities of the role
