The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for analyzing paid channel and traffic performance, identifying areas of optimization and growth, managing budget pacing, and client reporting. This role is vital in supporting paid digital campaign performance. This role is critical in launching, optimizing, and reporting on key platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Display. While this is a remote position, ideal candidates will live near one of our collaboration centers in St. Louis, Chicago or the Dallas/Ft.Worth areas, so that they can be on-site with teams regularly.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Evaluates digital performance across different paid channels through continuous analysis.
- Sets up paid media campaigns, conducts keyword research, creates ad groups, writes ad copy, establishes targeting, and creates audience segments.
- Collaborates closely with the data team to guarantee that all tracking is accurately set up and functioning correctly.
- Acquires Google Ads Certifications and maintains these on a yearly basis.
- Identifies search trends and improvement opportunities for existing campaigns.
- Assists Paid Media Managers with various campaign management tasks such as monitoring campaign budgets, optimizing bids, conducting A/B split testing, analyzing search queries and display placements, and generating monthly reports.
- Stays up-to-date with the latest updates, optimal strategies, and cutting-edge trends in paid media and digital marketing.
- Reviews campaign status and performance with Paid Media Managers on a regular basis.
- Assists the Paid Media Manager in reconciling end-of-month media expenses.
- Reviews monthly dashboard metrics to check for discrepancies.
Requirements - 1-2 years experience in paid digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads is required(link removed)
- Must be comfortable working in Excel with numbers, and analyzing data/trends.
- Experience with Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Office Suite, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
