Job Summary
The Services Supervisor will support the day-to-day operations of the Palmer Court Services Team. This team provides individualized Housing First adherent services to the 201 households living at Palmer Court who have moved out of chronic homelessness. The Services Manager plays a critical role in building operations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

Supervision
Supervise Case Managers, interns, and AmeriCorps
Provide weekly supervision sessions
Provide case consultation and informal mentoring
Encourage training and development opportunities
Support each staff member to comply with program expectations and outcomes
Ensure that best practices of Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care and PSH programmatic and case management standards are adhered to.
Train and orient new staff.
Hire and oversee staff, including student interns and AmeriCorps.
Provide administrative oversight for all programmatic requirements, including a deep knowledge of housing vouchers, reporting requirements and outcomes.
Ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Attend internal and external stakeholder meetings and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure that monthly and quarterly reports/assessments are updated and submitted in a timely manner.
Administration
Communicate regularly with the Director of Supportive Housing Services and Division Director of Supportive Housing on all aspects of program operations.
Partnerships
Develop and maintain relationships with key partner agencies.
Assist with building tours and relaying program information to partners and volunteers.
Foster relationships that bring services, activities and resources on-site for residents.
Work in close partnership with property management teams.
Coordinate with Property Management at all sites, Housing Authorities, TRHs Housing Administration Team and partners to ensure fulfillment of permanent vouchers.
Strategic Direction
Observe emerging trends for residents and within the homeless service sector. Proactively engage in problem solving and programmatic change.
Be aware of process inefficiencies and engage in quality improvement.
Special projects as assigned.

Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
Strong candidates without a degree will be considered and supported to utilize our tuition assistance to further their educational goals.
Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
Prior experience working in behavioral health settings and basic competency of behavioral health disorders is a plus.
Required Skills and Abilities

Excellent writing and documentation skills.

Ability to work from a Trauma-Informed Care framework.
Familiarity with the Housing First philosophy.
Ability to work with community partners.
Self-starter and self-directed.
Ability to accept direction from Supervisor.
Excellent organizational skills and strong computer skills.
Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to diverse populations. Ability to contribute to the agencys commitment to enhancing awareness and appreciation of diverse ethnic and cultural heritages.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Physical and Equipment Requirements
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for at least an hour at a time.
Ability to drive a vehicle.
