Role Description


At Kantar Worldpanel we are passionate about using data to understand how people shop, and we are constantly evolving our services to uncover new insights. Our app Shoppix((link removed)) allows users to snap images of their receipts and answer surveys in exchange for rewards. The app has now been downloaded by hundreds of thousands of people in the UK and the data collected underpins our Worldpanel Plus product.

The successful candidate will be a key player within our Shoppix panel team, which boasts a vibrant app-based community of 60,000 panellists across the UK. Your responsibility will be orchestrating the deployment of a groundbreaking usage survey. This survey will track the consumption behaviours of our panellists and their respective household members and will be part of an exciting new initiative spanning nine global markets.

Responsibilities



Survey & Sample Management:

Coordinate the initial process of survey deployment and data collection.
Oversee the entire life cycle of surveys, from conception to completion.
Select appropriate samples for survey participation based on predefined demographical criteria.
Facilitate the invitation process for selected participants and manage diary flow effectively.


Demographic Targeting:

Develop strategies to ensure demographic targets are met.
Determine the optimal number of survey invites to send to achieve demographic representation.
Implement methods to set email supplements and app notifications to improve response rates.


Communication and Selling the Task:

Work with the comms team to craft compelling communication materials to encourage participation.
Strategize on how to sell the task to potential participants effectively.
Support our Shoppix Helpdesk team by being responsible for creating our frequently asked questions (FAQs) and acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for related queries.


Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate closely with partners, such as the Survey, Data Quality and Methods, and Shoppix Developer team to align survey objectives with organisational goals and to resolve any potential issues.
Address concerns regarding rewards and incentives and work to resolve any issues impacting participant engagement.


Sample Tracking and Measurement:

Track and measure incoming survey responses to gauge the effectiveness of sampling strategies.
Forecast future survey participation and target groups based on historical data and trends.
Identify and address challenges associated with hard-to-fill demographic groups to ensure comprehensive data collection.

What were looking for

Previous experience in survey management, sample selection, and demographic targeting preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data tracking and measurement tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
