JD: The Pardot solution lead is responsible for strategic marketing consulting, configuration of marketing automation technologies, and the creation and presentation of client deliverables. This may include current-state audits and analysis, marketing strategy, best practices, visioning and recommendations for marketing programs, and implementation of marketing automation technology. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic recommendations and vision for Digital Marketing planning and best practices.
- Understand intricacies of customer data and how data can affect Digital Marketing objectives.
- Consult on Marketing process best practices, and the intricacies of Sales and Marketing alignment.
- Understand the intended audiences for the solution, purpose of engaging these audiences, and validate against objectives and success metrics.
- End to End Digital marketing campaign execution on B2B channel
- Landing Pages creation for Customer/lead tracking and details capture
- Create and manage Pardot marketing assets, automation, and workflows
- Interpret metrics from Engagement History and standard dashboards in B2B Marketing Analytics
- Understand administrative settings such as configuring scoring and grading models, configuring custom fields in Pardot, and using the Recycle Bin
- Troubleshoot and solve basic platform issues (sync errors, field mapping, and supported objects)
- Ability to setup Pardot Salesforce connector for data sync
- Understand basics of salesforce sales cloud platform and feature sets
- Build complex email automations
- Building engagement studio flows
- Send emails via Email application sending methods
- Prospect Lists, One-to-One e-mails creation
- Integration of Social Networking platform with Pardot
- Performing email sends
- A/B testing to weight emails delivery success
- Reporting and dashboard for Campaign analysis
- Web Services and API
- Lead requirement/user story gathering sessions for Digital Marketing engagements.
- Lead client discussions, facilitate marketing discovery and lead marketing projects/initiatives as needed.
- Create or oversee the creation of training content, and lead client trainings sessions on Pardot
- Experience with Information Architect tools for wireframes and prototyping such as Axure, OmniGraffle or other tools are preferred working knowledge of Responsive Design and working knowledge of front-end development capabilities
Scripting: Java Scripts, CSS, HTML, XML Language : Java,J2EE Activities and skills to achieve the above responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - 5+ years business and business technology experience
- 3+ years experience with Pardot
- Pardot experience required
- Desired Skills Proficiency in other marketing tools like SFMC, Interaction Studio, Eloqua, Marketo is an added advantage
- Pardot, Social studio, (link removed) and Social Studio would be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Consulting/Professional Services experience preferred
- Certified Pardot Specialist
- Good to have Pardot Consultant certification
- Salesforce Sales, Service or Community Cloud experience and certifications is good to have
- Understanding of Agile methodologies preferred
