Parents in Motion, an Education Management company, is seeking a Parent Network Driver to safely transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing reliable service to our member families by ensuring their children arrive at their destinations on time and in a safe manner. You will be part of a team that puts safety and the well-being of our members at the forefront of everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Drive children to and from school and other activities according to routes and schedules provided by Parents in Motion.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures while operating vehicle.
• Monitor road conditions to avoid delays and ensure the timely arrival of children.
• Develop positive relationships with the children, establishing a friendly and respectful rapport.
• Monitor children's behavior to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences to the Operations Team.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must possess excellent communication skills when assisting children.
• Must be physically able to meet the demands of driving children, such as sitting in a car for long periods.
• Must be able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends in accordance with the schedule.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and respect.
• Must have a strong safety mindset and be able to react calmly to any unforeseen situations.
