Were searching for a part time Site Program Manager to join our team who wants to practice their hands-on management skills and build collaborative relationships. Right At School is helping school leaders fill in critical gaps in childcare. After school, before school, & daytime childcare with distance learning support--open on-site in schools across the country! Because we love social media, check out here what programs across the country are doing.

This part-time position details:

• Located in the Hondo School locations
• Position start date will be August 2023
• Starting pay range is $17-$21 depending on experience as a supervisor and group childcare
• Monday through Friday-No Weekends
• After School 3:00 pm-6:00 pm and any early release no school days as needed

As a Program Manager, you will -

• Delivering quality enrichment programs for children using internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
• Developing and coaching a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment (check out here what our staff is saying about the role)
• Working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
• Instilling the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
• Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork7ond

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
• Works well in a team environment
• A passion and drive that inspires a love for learning & the ability to engage children in learning activities in a fun and interactive way
• Respect for and dedication to working with children
• REQUIRED: 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13 in a center based facility
• REQUIRED: 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB
• Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs
