Part Time Key Holder (Bethlehem, PA)

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Key Holder in our Bethlehem, PA location to assist with opening and/or closing responsibilities. The right individual for the job will have a natural entrepreneurial spirit and be interested in developing their leadership abilities. • While Manager on Duty, protect company assets, minimize loss, and maintain safety by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are executed


• Ensure the store meets financial targets by supporting promotional activity and add-on sales


• Develop and convey a working knowledge of brand products that can be utilized to inform and help customers select products


• Assist in processing shipments, including unloading, inventory, ticketing, product placement and storage


• Effectively perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, bank deposits, register functions and back office procedures


• Partner with team members to execute regular tasks, including, but not limited to, greeting customers, performing POS transactions, processing special orders, and wrapping and bagging customer purchases


• Deliver remarkable customer service and create strong product presentations while driving sales

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.50 to $13.50 /hour

Experience:

• retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)


• management: 1 year (Required)

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
