Job Type: Part Time 20 Hours/Week

Schedule: M-W-F 9AM to 4:30PM (7 hours with a half hour break)

Position Overview:

At Altametrics, we are seeking a highly motivated and computer-literate Office Assistant to join our team at our Costa Mesa office. As an industry-standard Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks. This role will require you to adapt to a dynamic work environment, handling various responsibilities as needed to contribute to the success of our subscription-based software company.

Qualifications:


  • Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office software and tools.

  • Ability to think creatively and devise efficient solutions to various office-related tasks.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  • 1-2 years or more prior office or administrative experience is required.


Responsibilities:

You will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:


  • General Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

  • Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline office procedures and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall productivity.

  • Communication: Maintain effective communication within the office, and occasionally with external parties, to facilitate the smooth flow of information.

  • Multi-Tasking: Be prepared to handle additional responsibilities or ad-hoc tasks as requested by team members and management to support the overall objectives of the company.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide assistance as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Customer Service: Provide a professional and welcoming presence for guests and clients visiting the office.
