As an Online Stylist and a member of the Customer Experience team, you will be instrumental in representing the Proper Cloth brand through live video calls. You will learn all about dress shirt fabrics, garment construction, custom suiting, and sales. In this role you will become an expert in menswear and custom clothing, fabrics, shirts, and everything that goes into making someone look good and feel good.
We strive to deliver an extraordinary shopping experience, and as an Online Stylist, this will be your specialty. Imagine if shopping online for the most important pieces of your wardrobe came with an expert coaching you through the process. At Proper Cloth, we aim to provide excellent support and service to all of our customers, not just those that can visit our physical showrooms. Our Online Stylists make this possible, all while having fun and challenging themselves to reach personal goals.
This is a part-time position that starts at $25/hr, with ample opportunity for more.
Requirements
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience through live video consultations
- Cultivate relationships with our customers advise them in all things fit, fabric, and style
- Pioneer our new Home Try-On program to confidently sell custom-fit tailored clothing virtually
- Learn everything there is to know about our product and our internal management system in order to successfully manage customer relationships
- Help us improve! You will be our ear to the ground noticing trends in your customer calls and bringing them to the attention of our tech, marketing, and product teams. We are a small team everybodys input counts!
