Partner Deal Desk - Contractor

Position Summary
The Partner Deal Desk plays a critical role in supporting our Partner Ecosystem (PE). This role acts as a finance and operational control function, helping to navigate nonstandard Partner Agreements and/or Addendums while also helping to construct complex deal structures. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the Partner processes are in accordance with our company bookings, revenue compliances, and Partner Program policies.
This position is a Contractor and reports to the Director, Partner Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor, manage nonstandard Partner deal flows and drive sustainable growth.
Ensure that nonstandard Partner transactions conform to internal Company Bookings guidelines and operational guidelines.
Structure deals regarding pricing, product propositions and special terms on nonstandard channel deals (reseller and ISV License)
Approve all pricing requests for nonstandard channel deals with extreme discounting.
Collaborate with internal organizations to understand deal requirements, business terms and identify potential risks.
Partner with Revenue Accounting to address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard deal structures.
Ability to work with executives and provide trusted guidance and recommendations.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Partner Deal Desk
You enjoy working in a team environment with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Sales, PE, Pricing and Packaging, Legal and drive consensus to meet goals.
You have a working understanding of ASC 606 and SaaS contract review.
You are detail oriented and can anticipate deal structure issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate issues in a straightforward, understandable manner.
Possess strong level of expertise in (link removed).
Moderate Excel abilities
