We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our partner programs, ensuring the achievement of partnership requirements, and competency/specialization requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage partner programs in alignment with company strategy.
- Ensure partners meet or exceed partnership and competency requirements.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and align on key performance indicators.
- Provide ongoing program training and support to partners.
- Identify and recruit new partners to expand our partner ecosystem.
Qualifications :
- 3-4 years of experience in partner program management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving partnership requirements and competency/specialization requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a high level of integrity.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Familiarity with our product suite and the competitive landscape.
