A career in our Partnership Allocation and Reporting Solutions practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. Youll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.

Our team helps our clients with gaining access to capital markets and cash liquidity and enhancing the process for taking their Complex Partnership Solutions public. You'll be helping our clients with financial reporting, capital market analysis, internal controls, taxation and advisory services.

:Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in a range of Publicly Traded Partnership practices, including specialized consulting and software tools for clients requiring nontraditional tax compliance tools and services, tax reporting and compliance services across multiple geographic locations, and different types of clients and targets, including private operating partnerships, Publicly Traded Partnerships, Grantor Trusts, Up-Cs, UPREITs and Foreign Publicly Traded Partnerships.
Advanced knowledge in processing the tax calculations of multiple clients; requesting, interpreting, preparing and processing client information (including fixed asset information and general book tax differences) for input into the proprietary tax allocation systems, and reviewing and reconciling the outcome of this information.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in tax code sections: 704(b), 704(c), 751, 752, 754, 734 and 743(b) and the associated regulations.Extensive technical skills, including tax compliance, planning, and the preparation of supporting documentation and complex financial statements and returns, specifically Forms 1065 and K-1, complex spreadsheets / macros, definition of tax system requirements, and the application of tax code and writing skills.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts ub performing specialized tax consulting and compliance related to partnership structures and related transactions (e.g., M&A, IPOs, spinoffs, et al) for publicly traded partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, and/or other private partnerships.

Thorough experience identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities, preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.

Thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts as a tax technical team leader generating new business, proposal writing and delivery, collaborating across engagements and business units. Identifying opportunities to provide additional services with experience utilizing a CRM system in a professional services firm to network, develop relationships and sell additional/new services.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in a professional services environment utilizing automation & digitization in a professional services environment, including but not limited to:
Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leveraging data visualization tools to provide insights to clients; and,
Transforming the business by creating capacity and delivering an enhanced employee and client experience.
