THIS IS AN UNPAID, REMOTE VOLUNTEER POSITION

Background: Pitch Labs is a 501(c)3 non-profit that is taking strides to change the face of entrepreneurship. As it stands right now, obtaining entrepreneurial knowledge can be expensive and seems only available to limited amounts of people. However, millions of entrepreneurs worldwide know that they can make innovations that will change and shape society forever. Pitch Labs is helping entrepreneurs unlock the resources they need by creating a free online library, hosting virtual events, and opening clubs in schools to allow entrepreneurs to unlock their skills and do what they are meant to do: create!

How this Role ties into Our Mission & What We Need As a Partnerships and Initiatives Coordinator, you will be in constant contact with stakeholders (schools, students, community groups, chambers of commerce, etc.) to understand what resources would best help support young entrepreneurs. You will gather information through interviews, surveys, and other means. This information is to be then analyzed by Data Research Officers and used to direct the development of current and future initiatives.

Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities:
Maintain updated lists of stakeholders we are in contact with
Ensure all stakeholder questions are answered within 72 business hours
Work with Marketing Team members to develop fliers and other marketing material which can be distributed through stakeholder groups (such as a flier with a survey form QR code on it)
Analyze mass collections of data to provide recommendations for initiatives moving forward

Qualifications:
Know how to create Google Forms
Understand how Google Sheets formulas and functions work (very similar to Microsoft Excel) [just need a basic understanding at least]
Know how to draft professional emails
[Preferred but not required] Experience using software or formulas to sort through masses of data to search for patterns
Respond to messaging/emails within 24 hours
Proficient in written & spoken professional/native English language skills
Located in the United States

Time Commitment : THIS IS AN UNPAID, REMOTE #WFH VOLUNTEER POSITION. Therefore we are extremely flexible with time and just ask that you contribute what you can. If you have exams, work, or family events come up, you are more than able to take a break. During times when you are an active volunteer, we ask that you simply contribute at least 3-5 hours a week (ideally for at least 6 months). This is a great position for students in school or university who want to go into a career field but want to learn more about it; you will be able to dive deeper than you have ever done before!

Benefits: We are a certified Presidential Volunteer Service Award (United States) organization that can award you certified volunteer hours for the time you work. We also give all of our volunteers access to benefits such as advanced Google Workspace features, the flexibility of working remotely, and unlimited Mental Health Days.
