Job Summary:

Provide support to the Parts and Service Departments by performing general warehouse duties as directed. This includes, but is not limited to, loading and unloading trucks, making deliveries, and housekeeping in the warehouse. Retain the ability to work on multiple primary duties at any given time.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check all parts order packages for quantity and visual confirmation Properly handle all vendor packing slips and PO receipts to ensure they are properly processed Assist Parts in unloading and putting up parts stock orders Stage all parts orders for scheduled Delivery days Pull all parts for service, shop, and parts orders Stage all service and shop orders in appropriate tech bins or lockers Pull replenishment for consignment customers and tech vans and stage in lockers or for delivery Act as primary loader and unloader of all trucks at the docks o Handle all paperwork associated with shipping and receiving Perform weekly building inspection including checking fire extinguishers and documenting Keep warehouse cleaned and organized o Clean floors using the sweeper scrubber, brooms, mops as needed o Empty all garbage cans in the warehouse as needed o Keep yellow rails wiped down as directed Press tires as needed Properly dispose of aerosols Observe all safety procedures including safe vehicle operation and proper disposal of hazardous waste Keep inventory on all stock associated with parts warehouse shipping and receiving, poly bags, shipping supplies, well maintained to ensure there is no shortage

Requirements

• Ability to perform strenuous and heavy work
• Can regularly handle loads up to 50 lbs and occasionally exert force up to 100 lbs
• Physical stamina to perform continuously with full body motion for climbing, reaching, pushing, lifting, reaching etc.
