   >Application skills: Able to organize, anticipate, initiate, follow through, completing work, and projects in a timely fashion. Work with making collections.

   >Accounting skills: Know and establish what is relevant, reliable, consistently measurable in both quantity and quality. Organize pertinent information by lists, files, databases, spreadsheets. Filing receipts, bank records & tax documents.

   >Forensic skills: Able to look at work others have done before you and detect issues and problems, then work to systematically correct, resolve and so eliminate these errors. Properly communicate these solutions to the IRS and VA State tax department.

   >Management skills: Handle plans, lists, research with accounts. Filing organization of notes, records, and documents.

     We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to owner’s working life and communications.



Responsibilities:




  • Act as the point of contact for the owner

  • Screen and direct phone calls, e-mails, correspondence

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Schedule, meetings, appointments as needed

  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed

  • Organize, keep orderly, office filing system & records



General Qualifications:




  • Able to operate a Microsoft Windows computer, use Internet.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, accountable.

  • Excellent verbal, written communications skills, good English.

  • Discrete, confidential, ethical, honest, logical, trustworthy...

  • High School degree, business/accounting certification (helpful)
