As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at Alpha Home Care Agency, you will be playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) for patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with patient mobility and transfers
Collecting and documenting patient information
Maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment
Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR and First Aid Certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassion and empathy for patients
Clean Criminal Record
Physical stamina to provide care for extended periods, and ability to lift and transfer clients when necessary
