Job Responsibility: - Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
- Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
- Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
- Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
- Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
- Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
- Follow up with patients at all stages.
- Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.

Qualifications & Skills: - Any HSC/Graduate
- Must know Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work under stress
- Software Efficiency
Shift Timing:8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 12 Noon to 8:00 PM, (should be flexible with the shifts)
