Patient Financial Service Manager: Full-time Salaried position, Monday-Friday. Must have ability to plan, control and direct all activities of the Business Office. Knowledge of ICD10, CPT coding, and a formal collection process is required. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of third party rules and regulations as they pertain to hospital compliance in Coding and Billing. Must be familiar with Federal and State laws and regulations relating to Health Care Business operations. Able to supervise employees, make decisions regarding hiring, evaluate staff on job performance, and complete disciplinary action when necessary.
Requirements
Requires ten years of experience in a medical or hospital business office setting with five years supervisory experience. Experience in management with an emphasis on communication and decision-making skills. Requires two years of post-high school education. Prefer undergraduate degree in business related or health related field.
