What would you do as a Patient Services Representative?

- Check-in/Check-out patients and schedule follow up appointments.
- Accurately enter patient demographic information.
- Scan photo IDs and insurance card as well as verify insurances.
- Collect applicable co-pays and ensure billing information is updated.
- Balance money drawers at end of day.
- Maintain calm and efficient patient flow through the clinics.
Requirements
Certifications/Educations:
Knowledge of:
- Customer service principles and practices
Experience:
- Using computer systems and applications, including entering data and typing
Preferred Qualifications - How can you set yourself apart from other applicants?
- One year of experience performing reception duties.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. May require travel to and from other locations.
