Tapcheck, an award-winning fintech company, is seeking a Payments Operations Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. In this role, you'll be responsible for working with Tapchecks customers, supporting and reconciling payment transactions. You'll need a strong sense of detail and organization to perform successfully in this role.

What You'll Do:

• Support client escalations. Addressing and resolving escalated client support inquiries and issues
• Manage payment transactions and reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate process management
• Participate in strategic planning for operations improvement projects
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for process flows and reconciliation
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining system health and connectivity
• Ensure company compliance on all legal and regulatory requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to work out of our Plano, TX office 3x a week
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with payment processors and third-party transaction partners

Compensation: $60,000-70,000. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
