Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist - Check payment
Location: Houston, TX

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

• Has proven ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills must possess ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (team members, cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and bank partners)
• Passionate about research and investigation of payment exceptions; tenacious in uncovering the root cause of any issue
• Able to work flexible work hours, including early mornings and late evenings
• Has a working knowledge of Excel to edit, manage, and create spreadsheets
• 1+ years of processing check payments or banking experience preferred
