Paygami Payment Processing Specialist

CINC is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners association accounting and property management software system. The organization develops accounting and management software solutions that support the running of the day-to-day activities of Homeowners Associations. Its the largest SaaS player in its space and is growing rapidly.

In Fall 2019, CINC received significant investment from Spectrum Equity, a well-respected growth equity fund that has invested in the likes of (link removed), SurveyMonkey, Origami Risk, Grubhub, (link removed) and GoodRX.

Following that investment, CINC has bolstered its executive team and made significant hires across the company.

CINC Systems is currently seeking a full-time Payment Processing Specialist. This role is a remote position but may require working in the office occasionally.

The individual for this role would be responsible for coordinating all Payment Processing tasks and duties for our Paygami team in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate posting of lockbox payment processing operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Posts payments received through lockbox, which are not accompanied by a corresponding coupon.
  • Researches and resolves payments with incomplete information for posting to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts.
  • Researches and resolves coupon format issues.
  • Assists Support Team with resolution of payment application issues.
  • Creates, reviews and imports homeowner data spreadsheets using Excel.
  • Updates homeowner records to accurately reflect current ownership.
  • Escalates complex payment processing issues to management.
  • Works with team members and management to promote payment processing best practices.
  • Complies with established policies and procedures that meet internal control security standards and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Completes special projects as they are assigned.
  • Exemplifies CINCs values while carrying out its mission and the priorities established by the management team.


Requirements

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a team lead/coordinator in the banking or financial services industry, and will be exceptionally skilled in the area of attention to detail and accuracy. Must possess the ability to perform at high energy levels to meet high volume requirements and processing deadlines. Data entry experience required, including 10 key by touch.
  • Candidates must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products and have at least intermediate-level skill with Excel. Experience with accounting software is preferred. Individuals will also use Sales Force, CINC Systems, and other technology programs as added and needed. Experience with the Community Association Industry is preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
