JOB DESCRIPTION:
Program Objective
As the client continue in their transformation journey on establishing a "Digital Cards solution for their clients. As part of this initiative, the client is going to reconvert the Chase Paymentech and adopt World pay as a merchant processor supporting end clients from POS to Settlement (It is a C2B product). This will be a one shop stop for the end clients to make the payment across all type. Client will have the flexibility to receive payments thru Digital card across all treasury service products.

Job Role:

• Candidate will provide techno functional leadership in Merchant Service provider business domain to bring in WorldPay as the MSP instead of Chase Paymentech.
• Candidate will serve as a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs.
• Candidate will direct and assists team to elicit, challenge, and prioritize requirements, translate into functional design, and use case models. Manages the functional scope of project, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program and will also provide guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation. Candidate will lead implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation and will manage scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.

• Eliciting, challenging, and prioritizing requirements
• Creation of User Stories covering Business and Functional Requirements for projects large and small, ranging from small functional enhancements to large multi-year transformation projects.
• Driving business architectural solutions focused on flexibility, time to market and re-usability
• Working with business and technology partners to provide a seamless experience to users both internal and external when interacting with Chase Paymentech or World Pay MSP systems
• Supporting testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems and providing guidance to team members on complex testing tasks including case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution
• Working with business and technology teams to develop technology roadmap strategy

• A strong business and functional knowledge in disciplines surrounding Merchant service Provider.
• An understanding of an end-to-end flow of various merchant service provided from Marchant onboarding to settlement and tracking.
• Knowledge of migration enterprise from one MSP to another MSP
• End to end understanding of acquiring book of world.
