Previous banking experience a plus.



Accounting: Strong mathematical acumen. Ability to balance transactions.    4-5 Years

Knowledge of lending: Familiarity with end to end lending process from time of application to closing    4-5 Years

Knowledge of underwriting: Familiarity with basic underwriting process guidelines for extending credit to applicants meeting credit qualifications    0-3 Years

Knowledge of lending products: Includes unsecured, non-real estate secured (such as autos, boats, motorcycles, etc), and real estate secured    4-5 Years

Customer Service: Written and verbal communication    4-5 Years

Inbound and Outbound Call Handling: Service inbound calls from various sources. Initiate outbound calls to creditors or branch banker    4-5 Years

Computer and Software Accumen: High capability to learn new software and be proficient in making timely and accurate updates to files
