IT Concepts is looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team of dedicated technology experts. As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of payroll related tasks, including processing payroll, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing payroll-related support to employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Process and review payroll for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage semi-monthly timesheet submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to payroll.
  • Prepare and process various payroll reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of employees' paychecks.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Maintain payroll records for employees.
  • Work collaboratively with Accounting Manager, CFO, and Human Resources to ensure accurate employee data.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with UKG UltiPro.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with Unanet Timekeeping system
