The Purpose of the role:

AB InBev Italy is looking for an innovative and inspirational Payroll & Administration Expert to join our dynamic team.

As a People Officer & Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR team to ensure that all HR-related administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, managing employee contracts, and providing support to our HR Business Partners.

The role:

Ensure payroll processes are run smoothly (up to 220), effectively liaise with all relevant stakeholders (Recruitment, Operations, HR and Finance) to ensure all payroll inputs are received accurately and on time for submission to our payroll provider

Manage our People Portal (Workday, Salesforce), Time & Attendance information into our company system, checks and ensures data accuracy, and fixes anomalies.

Administrative hiring, role changes and termination process, gathering employees signatures on new documents and regulations;

Organize onboarding meetings with new talent to explain internal policies;

Monitor and updating internal HR systems and excel databases: managing demographic information about employees (including new hires and resignations);

Address employees queries (e.g. on vacation days, labor regulations, labor contracts, payroll, etc );

Create detailed reports for possible audits or internal requests;

Manage Benefits and Welfare activities;

Fleet Management (company cars, fuel cards, tele pass, documents, reports, employee queries, car penalties, car pooling);

Who were looking for:

3-5 years of experience driving positive changes in HR Operations;

A Bachelors degree in an HR-related field or equivalent (through experience);

Proficient use of MS Office package (Excel in particular);

Experience using Workday or other payroll management systems;

Proficient in English: you read, write, and speak English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong attention to detail and problem solver attitude;

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner.
