We are recruiting for a payroll administrator for a great company in Albuquerque. The company is growing at a considerable pace and they are adding to their existing staff. This could possibility result in a perm position for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll functions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies.
- Review and reconcile payroll data to maintain data integrity.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee records and seamless onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
